Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Emily Rose Botanicals pieces. If something isn’t quite right, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please email us at orders@emilyrosebotanicals.com with your order number.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Because our products are made for little ones, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or washed.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will make it right.

No returns on final sale items.
