Personalization Policy

We are pleased to offer personalized embroidery on select Emily Rose Botanicals blankets, creating a meaningful keepsake made especially for you.

Please review the following information before placing your personalized order.

Personalization Details

Personalization is available on select blankets and includes the embroidery of a name in your chosen font and thread color. Embroidery placement is along the side of the blanket.

Please carefully review all personalization details before submitting your order. Names will be embroidered exactly as entered at checkout, including spelling and capitalization. Emily Rose Botanicals is not responsible for errors submitted during the ordering process.

Processing Time

Personalized items require additional time for embroidery before they are ready to ship. Please refer to the current processing time listed on the product page when placing your order.

If your order includes both personalized and non-personalized items, your entire order may ship together once personalization is complete.

Final Sale

Because personalized items are made specifically for you, all personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the personalization process has begun.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an error in the embroidery that differs from the personalization details submitted with your order, please contact us at orders@emilyrosebotanicals.com within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Natural Variation

Each Emily Rose Botanicals blanket is colored using plant dyes. Subtle variations in color are a natural and beautiful part of the plant-dyeing process. Because of these variations, the appearance and contrast of embroidery thread may differ slightly from the examples shown online.
